►Is it possible to research your target audience, to understand their online habits and see what types of digital media they are already engaged with?
►You could trial both approaches and create a poll for which the end users prefer. Your target audience may well appreciate the interactivity of this approach.
► It may be worth using a combination- a variety of approaches will have a broader appeal, and reach more audiences in their preferred format. It will also make the information more accessible- e.g. a podcast (with no transcripts etc.) is inaccesible to the Deaf community, whereas a video with visual support may be.
