ENGAGING SCOTLAND: A new one-day conference, bringing together engagement experience and expertise from across Scotland on 20th September 2011 at Our Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh.

PROGRAMME
You can download the draft programme below; See the rich mixture of:
► Constructive discussions around engagement in Scotland (which will feed into dialogue at the Scottish Parliament between Principals, Senior Management and MSPs around the future of ‘Engaged Universities’);
► Practical sessions to inspire confidence and clarity when thinking about your own engagement work, and building the strategic partnerships to strengthen and enhance your own personal networks;
► A broad range of parallel sessions, from skills workshops focusing on specific engagement tools or techniques, to policy discussion ‘sandpit sessions’ which will bring people together to think about moving key agendas forward (such as working more closely with Scottish schools in light of the Curriculum for Excellence, or developing more useful public policy networks).

Please send a brief description (1-2 sentences) of what you would like to share, and why it is relevant to a Scotland-wide audience of engagement practitioners, to info@edinburghbeltane.net before Wednesday (10th August). We will let successful applicants know before 12th August, and we allow one free delegate place per exhibition stand.
